They are expecting AOTC to groos around $ 375 million a sum spidey almost have reached.

AOTC will be the first SW movie to not finish at #1 for the year!
Spiderman has struck a chord with audiences that AOTC has not, plain and simple!

Well, not something I'd worry too much about. Lucas anticipated that 2 and 3 wouldn't make as much money... besides..with a movie series as long as Star Wars it's not really something you can compare to a single/first movie like Spiderman.

I really don't care which makes more money. I don't see a penny of it, so what difference does it make?

The more money that is made, the more that is pumped back into the film industry so we get better films made for our enjoyment, right!!!!
No wait - the more money they make the more money the fat cat studios get and the rich movie moguls just get richer, damn!!!

Well Spider man has gotten very little attention in Norway so far, it will open the 28 of june and that time is really bad for any movies here
