loud grunts came from the other side as steel met steel."you must leave, your in danger here".an anguished yelp came from the other side.
A scorch mark appeared next to the boulder. Both had swords and wands drawn. Voldermort parried and slashed as shade blocked and struck again and again.Shade swung at voldermorts head but missed. with a long stab voldermort pinned shade through the shoulder against the rock.A loud cry of anguish came from shades mouth as voldermort stepped back ready to finish him off."Avada Kadavra" the curse came at shade and time started to slow down. Shade's memories appeared in front of him. A young boy standing over his fathers grave. His mother crying as she was dying. Coming to hogwarts. seeing raven, fighting chase.and now this. His eyes started to glow a white light as his arms started to clench at the sword. but yet time still remained slow. when the sword was outshade floated there white light coming out of his eyes and mouth head raised, as energy pulsed in a circle around his feat. It was the gift he'd finally unleashed it's awsome power. The curse hung in midair but time had caught up and voldermort was standing his face the picture of confusion.

shades hands glowed as if they were on fire. "aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh"a loud scream came from shades mouth as he pounded voldermort into the ground. He was finally thinking clearly for the first time in his life."go my love you cannot die here."as he saw raven hesitate he yelled "i'll be fine go."raven ran and shade knew it was his time. With a final look to the tunnel shade let go of the power.The cave erupted in a shockwave that was felt thirty miles around. as the dust settled and the ground stopped shaking a figure of stone was in the middle of the giant crater. Shade stood like a monolith guarding the land through peaceful eyes.

"Did you feel that?" Arnold asked Chase, having a funny feeling. He closed his eyes and saw the spectacle. Quickly, he apparated to the cave and saw Voldemort on the ground and Shade floating in the air. He yelled at Shade, "Shade!!! What the hell is going on?! How are you doing this?!" ((so i guess now i can make me almost die and turn into a super hero that can stop time?)) ((u kno wat? evry time u do crap like that an angel loses its wings sadangel

"aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"shade screames as his hands became fire and he started pounding vol

(i don't know what happened on that last post, but i'm gone for a while, i have to do some time on my star wars idea.)

Raven started following the tunnel completely confused and scared as to what just happened.

(i don't care you can get her if you want. it's the same tunnel that leadt to Honeydukes and hogwarts)

(I had already apparated to the cave, if you'd read the posts, but i guess ill just go now)
Chase joined arnold at the cave. He saw Shade and started to laugh.
"Just like Shade to die a gruesomely heroic."
He watched Shade and turned and saw Raven.
"Raven! Are you okay?"

( *sigh*)

Raven came out of the tunnel and hurried to Arnold and Chase "I am...okay...I guess......"..."I mean voldy and shade just duked it out"

"As I can see."

"Yeah....it was pretty harsh.........whats up with him always kidnapping me??"

"He feels like it's his duty to protect you. I can see why. His life was crappy.He seems to be confused about what's heroic and what's insane."

Raven looked to the ground "god...my life is so messed up" Raven hurried past Chase and Arnold and just kept walking forward.

"Are you okay? Where are you going?"

Raven stopped and turned to Chase "This is all my fault"

"Don't worry. We're all in this togther. We'll be fine."
He walked up to her and gave her a kiss.

Raven smiled and blushed giving Chase a kiss inreturn
