No this isn't a fight.

On one side, DD can evolve from anything. On the other, HE can devolve anything.

In his fight against Galactus, G said that if HE's beam had hit him, G would have been doomed. This is B.S. in my opinion - but food for thought.

Say HE uses a devolving attack on H/P DD. What happens? (Use HE's high end feats only)

If it did work, can DD evolve back and be immuned?
