Coupla words of advice, if I may...
In our "style over substance" culture, whether it's novels, comics, music, movies, whatever, Marketing is King. Once you have a product ready to present, be prepared to do A Lot of footwork and networking. You'll need to get the word out, meet people, even the competition, which means you should also take proper steps to copyright your work. As the phrase goes, it's a jungle out there, and for every dream which makes it, 100 are dashed. I don't mean to discourage you; by all means, Go For It! Just be prepared for what will likely be a long, mean road ahead.
Thanks for the advice and another guy on another forum that's producing his anime told me that they won't patten it unless it's original and it only takes 30 dollars for a patten so the best thing to do is get all my characters together instead of getting one character pattened at a time so yeah,I'm going to have a long road ahead.But it'll be worth it to give comic fans something new and keep all things superhero alive.

Good luck on it man. I'm doing the same thing right now too, except I'm not gonna start my own company, I'm gonna try to submit it to Marvel. I have about...jeez...80 some villains and maybe 15 or so heroes, all intertwined in 3 (eventually 4) different series. Maybe we'll be competing sometime in the near future, who knows, but the best of luck to you.
Yeah,I've got the issue where he fights the android version of the Human Torch and it rocks!!I also got some comic books from the library that include Vol.1 of Captain America,Vol.1 of the Fantastic Four and Vol.2 of the Fantastic Four.I also have a comic book about Green Lantern and Green Arrow.I don't own them,I just borrowed them from the library.The stories are great but so far I don't have any stories to rival them.
I have a new idea and I'm basically combining the story of King Kong with the Hulk but it won't be a big ape running around.I won't release the story here but I think it's going to be really good & the story will be really juicy.I'm going to put a lot of work into this idea as I think it will be really successful.I haven't thought up a look for the monster yet but it will be something really good.
