List of Marvel/DC crossovers

I'm losing track of all the times in the 90's, when they went crossover crazy. Can someone put together a complete chronological list from the first one on - Superman vs. Spiderman?
Put the Amalgam titles aside for this, or do as a seperate list if you like.

I didnt put them in order.

there were two Batman/Spider-Man books... and two Batman/DareDevil books

To my knowledge there was only two Batman/Punisher crossovers.

GL # 87 briefly briefly features Access which is kind of a crossover
the wizard of oz was thier first co-publication
and how could you leave out the first two superman spider-man's????

Marvel vs. DC and All Acess was the same series, right?

All Access and Unlimited Access were spin-offs of Marvel vs. DC.

One Superman/Hulk was by Roger Stern and Steve Rude. Who did the other one?

I have the 1999 crossover. It was said that they had a crossover in the 70's. Somebody showed a scan of Superman taking Hulks punches and not budging.

Oh, that was part of Superman vs. Spiderman, the first crossover I believe. Supes comes in to deal with the Hulk after Spidey is unable too. The pics are funny; Spidey glowers about being put aside, "What am I? The waterboy?"

The 1999 crossover the fight was inconclusive.

both hulk and wonder woman appear in the second superman/spider-man called "heroes of holocaust" and superman takes the the thing doom put in hulk's ear out

I thought that happened in the first one; there was only one, by Jim Shooter and John Buscema. Or was there two?

1st is "war of the century"
and 2nd is heroes of holocaust

There was the amalgam crossovers (2 TPB's of amalgam comics)

There was the "Marvel/DC crossover collections" (i have volumes 2 and 5)

There was also the lead-up to the amalgam age (the one with the 2 brothers choosing their champions from thier own universes, marvel and DC)
