USH'S ORIGINAL TRILOGY GAME EPISODE I 'LANZAR'- Rebel Alliance Thread

"No!" Sasha cries out, reaching to pull the knife away from him.

You may as well try and pull the arm off a statue.

"It is too late, "says Vasilik. "To kill an Osokan with a blade is difficult, but Vasilik is a good Hunter. Vasilik will die now."

(Unless someone has rope, I think it's just a climb. Cepending on how the pit collapsed, maybe we can give each uther a leg up, then pull the last on. Keep going like that until we're out.)

I'm guessing Drakkon's whip is neither climbable nor being offered for the task?

Climbing... with teamwork! 😛

"But you can't!" Sasha says. "You're the greatest warrior of Lanzar!"

She works frantically to undo whatever he has done to himself.

Galahad watches on in horror.

"What have I done?" Galahad asks, blanched with self-loathing. "What have I done to this world?"

Scarlet says nothing.

The whip is not really a suitable climbing implement, no.

Slight moment of hesitation from the above Imperial forces before they fire. A climb on the east slope may yield freedom.

-

Blood flows all over, Sasha.

"Why did you want the record?" asks Vasilik, more faintly than before.

"We wanted to find Jedi Knights that the Osokans had failed to kill in the Hunt," Sasha informs him, quietly, still trying to patch him up. "They could help the Rebellion, save worlds like yours..."

"Ahh," says Vasilik. "I met a Jedi once. Good person. You know why they all dead?"

Not ALL of them... Galahad thinks to himself, though he does not choose to reveal his secretive knowledge.

"No, why?" Sasha asks.

"Because they did not do what was needed for victory."

-

Looks like Lyle is getting out the pit courtesy of someone else's utility belt. Grr! You Rebs will have to climb for it. But they delayed firing to get him, so you have your chance.

Climb away, then.

"What do you mean?"

Can Sasha spend a fortune point to help save him?

(Oh, yes, climbing like mad! And dragging the bug with us.)

Even if you could, Sasha, he'd just stab himself again.

"Jedi knew things were wrong," says Vasilik. "Knew they had enemies all around them. Jedi could have won... at any time. Take control. March into Senate and say "We in charge now." Who could stop Jedi, if they do this? With control, no Emperor, no deaths."

Climb like crazy-sauce!

"That was against their ways," Galahad says, having a little insight into the subject. "The Jedi did not believe they should force their beliefs and opinions onto others. That was the way of the Sith, the way of the Emperor..."

Vasilik painfully lifts an arm and points at you, Galahad.

"Yes! You see? Jedi knew they could so something to win... but would not act against what they knew to be right. Jedi had wisdom. They knew... that it was not enough to win. They had to be people worthy of victory- else they would replace one evil with another."

He collapses back down.

"What kind of people are you? What Galaxy would your Alliance create?"
