USH'S ORIGINAL TRILOGY GAME EPISODE I 'LANZAR'- Imperial Thread

Started by Lord Melkor372 pages

Okay, go with it.

I assume my Aide will make the information about smuggling dangerous willdlife public, Ush?

Sounds good, Jak.

Tbh, Rex, I'm just looking for something to do, and this seems like it could be fun.

Alright then if everything is in order Janthis will proceed with the question

"Who is in charge here"

hopefully he finally gets an answer

No, I'm waiting for an action from Lyle, not a go-ahead from Trick. That was entirely down to Janthis.

As the stormtroopers enter the room, Lyle ducks for cover, then drops to his knees when Janthis commands it.
"I'm an imperial citizen!" he says, clearly, "I demand you allow me to leave."

Feel free to utterly refuse, Jak.

Janthis eyes the human cowering in the corner he sees that it is one of Esgabeth's lackies the one got told about.

"No I think your going sit tight right there while I figure out exactly what is going on here." Janthis says in a stern voice.

He takes his helmet off for everyone to see him. Looking through the stuff he sees the raptor eggs. He picks one up looks it over for a minute. This little things would someday turn into a vicious little monster. He puts back down and turns to face everyone.

(Ush Janthis will pay special attention to the Osokans trying to figure out if they are hunters what they're emotions are at the moment as well through observation)

"well let's make this simple becuase I'm a simple man I want simple answers to my questions." Janthis pauses for a moment then continues "First question possibly the most simple to answer who is responsible for all this?" Janthis takes his eyes from one person to the next making sure to include Lyle in his Gaze.

Lyle remains silent.

Well, Trebeis, being left out of the fun. Will head back to the Deviator.

No, the Osokans are not hunters, and they seem to be too surprised to offer much resistance.

We needn't spend much time here because... we're massively overdue on this game.

So you can assume you pick these guys up, with bucketloads of evidence. The only issue is that there is no link to anyone higher up the chain, and no-one is talking.

Well then I guess all that is left is for Janthis to let Yle escape right Ush?

I think the point of Ush mentioning their lack of connections or talking means that Lyle's plan wasn't going to go anywhere. Best to just send him off with Rylis and Arvus so that they can 'free him.'

I think it means that the Osokans are refusing to tell us about who is higher up the chain, not that there isn't anybody.

So is the blockade justified now?

That's more or less how I read it...

Me too so I'm assuming we're still going with the "Lyle gets to run away free with his new pig buddies" plan.

I think so. Well, you need to create for me an opportunity.

With everything in line Janthis tells the prisoners to personally get in line to go out. Janthis makes sure that Lyle is the one right in front of him. Telling his men to stay behind he begins to march them upstaris when halfway up....................

(It's all you now)

Lyle grabs the moment, turning to dip a shoulder and push Janthis in the chest. As the commander falls, he shouts to the Osokans,
"Get moving! We've got some time!"

Janthis falls back unto his men causing a large blockade at the enterance. More then enough time for them to get a good head start before his men could open fire.

We'll take all that as read. You can avoid any personal suspicion this way, Lyle, but you only just mee these people; they aren't going to blab anything to you and as the operation is now shut down there is nothing to keep an eye on. We need to zoom things forward to the aftermath.

Well, Melkor, you are now in command of a certain number of facts related to this case. Quarantine isn't a mattter that can be decided militarily. To institute a blockade on those grounds is a political decision. There must be a decree.
