USH'S ORIGINAL TRILOGY GAME EPISODE I 'LANZAR'- Imperial Thread

Started by Captain REX372 pages

Coll sees to it- and advises that Jaiden and Janthis also see to it- that the stormtroopers completely surround the Justice Pit. The AT-STs will be six to a side of the Justice Pit, with the extra one placed from our initial attack point.

"Who is the coward here, Drakkon?" Coll asks, loudly. His pistol is clenched tightly in his hand, raised towards the Rebels. "Is it not the fiendish pig, enemy of the Empire, who hides behind his forces and does not fight? Is it not this enormous ham that does not dare to join the assault?" He turns to his troopers, expecting them to answer. "Is it not Drakkon that is the coward?!"

Could Arvus's poisonous dart gun hit Drakkon from this range?

You cannot surround it; there is still Osokan resistance on the east side meaning there's no safe point to stand.

Coll, I hope you put that on your headstone.

Drakkon just yelled out orders in Osokan, levelling his combat knife towards you.

Coll levels his pistol at Drakkon and fires, preparing to avoid some incoming attack.

"Men! Open fire!" Coll shouts to his stormtroopers.

"I don't think you should have said that..." Arvus says, flinching slightly as the formidable Drakkon gestures to Coll and announces his doom. "No idea what he just said, but it sounds...unpleasant..."

"Shut up," Coll says to Arvus.

Coll will lead his charge up onto the first quarter of the pyramid, not wanting to seem a coward in light of Drakkon's accusation. If Jaiden and Janthis will follow him, excellent! The Justice Pit cannot be surrounded, but all sides other than the East are satisfactory to me.

Are you abandoning your plan to destroy the defending Osokans first then?

Oh. No, that must be done first.

Then the initiative is theirs, I am afraid, as your process takes time.

Not much I can do about that, I'm afraid. If we don't get the stormtroopers organized and ready for a superior attack to our last one, then we may not take the pyramid.

Arvus wants to see what Drakkon's orders were before he does anything...

Jaiden will fire at Drakkon again.

Ush, do you have anywhere the recorded amount of fortune points I have left? I totally forgot about them. I think I have 4...

Sorry, forgot to answeer this. yes, it is 4, and your Luck rolls are spent.

Mine are spent. Stupid raptors.

Will Arvus be able to react to Drakkon's plan, whatever it is?

My Fortune is spent as well but I only had 1 point of that anyway, I didn't put anything to it...

I think we should just attack the pigs, Arvus, and try and put them off of whatever they're doing. Waiting for an attack doesn't sound like fun to me.

You know, if it wasn`t for the fact that we hope to capture Drakkon, we can just destroy the pyramid with heavy fire.

Yeah, true. Alright, Arvus will fire his rail charge at the defending Osokans, as per Coll's orders.

I think even that would be hard-pressed to kill him, to be honest...

Rylis will also fire into the lines of Osokans, not wanting to wait to see what they do.

We're taking control of this situation, damnit.

Janthis tells the men around him to get ready for anything.

"So then what are the orders do we attack or wait because I have someone to say hello to if we aren't." Janthis points his pistol up at Kyle.

As the Imperials continue their attempted envelopment of the pyramid- only frustrated to the east, where Osokan-held buildings can still fire upon Imperials rying to gather there- the tempo of play is all down to Drakkon.

After his shouted orders, his people are about to mvoe, but he checks them with a gesture.

Fire still blasts into the pyramid; a couple of Osokans are blwon down and debris showers all over Drakkon as he talks, now in Basic.

"You feel you have won something today, General. A great victory. You are mistaken."

Coll has actually shot Drakkon during this exchange. Drakkon has not evewn glanced down, as the wound closes.

"I am Drakkon, Guildmaster of Lanzar. I was taught by Rogan, and made my name in the killing fields, and took upon the sacred trust of Kileen. By all those sacred powers invested in me, I declare this: Today is the day the Empire is defeated. For people will see this moment... and they will remember.

"And the simple of their rememberance shall be..." Drakkon raises his weapon at you again, Coll. "YOUR HEAD!"

He swipes his kinfe forwards. The Osokans all give a mighty scream as well... and charge.

And Drakkon and his bodyguard are charging too- and they are heading straight for Coll.

It is roughly at this time that Melkor's troopers begin to die also. The Hunters are buried in the slushy mud that the bombardment has turned the ground into. The first any of you know of it is when troopers are pulled down as if swamp monsters of legend lay within.

Okay, immediately when Commisar sees that it is indeed a trap, he jumps on a bike, motioning for Travis to do the same, and retreat to the main force.

"Why aren`t more troopers sent here?! I am surrounded by idiots!"
