__Heheheh. Not so fast.
__Let's see. Robo has an anxiety about encountering "kittens" covered in "spikes." Hmm. I'd say confrontation. Yeh, you need desensitization therapy, like they do for phobics. You need frequent encounters with the object of dread.
__That'll be $999. Tell your friends I prescribed your cure.
it would be a little odd to see a square buldge in a skin tight costume.
lol I know, I know it wouldn't stick out like I described.
hm....here's a thought. why do the male sym's have thinker builds, and muscle bulges and in some omics look like the incredible hulk, while the female syms look like some skin tight fan service?
Well, I agree that the male syms do look bloated, too often. They can be just as much a "fan service." It depends on the artist.
__Giant rat? I don't remember any giant rats...are you serious? Is that a joke about that odd symbiote-eating thing? Really, an honest-to-god giant rat...what was he smoking, that writer?

anyone have pctures to back this up? (I sure as hell don't. I STILL can't find that venom mini with Donna in it, and the giant rat...)

Yes, the tooth & claw miniseries w/ Wolverine had a shapeshifter who took the form of a giant rat. I have it, would you like some scans?
Oh, and I'm quite sure the writer was inhaling something too.
And as for how the symbiotes make their hosts look, it's just the artist drawing them with generic comic book body shapes. But if you're looking for a non-real life reasons, it's cause the symbiotes read their hosts' unconscious desires to look good to the opposite sex and incorporate that into their forms. *wink*wink*

Ah, but that bloated, over-muscled look isn't captivating to anyone but over-compensating men. Seriously, Brock debuted with a lovely bod; but sometimes he looks like he swallowed two or three of himself. That isn't a good look. Same thing for Carnage in the scans I've seen from New Avengers. Maybe it isn't him? Maybe it's Red on walk-about?
__Yes, please post some scans of "Scream..." and maybe one of the giant rat, for laughs.
Here's the first page, just as a test.
