I don't understand these changes, why would another symbiote look exactly like Venom; the fact that Spider-Man is no longer a new avenger really puzzles me, this means that now another symbiote has SM ability's, like the Venom one it has replicated his DNA so if it is SM, when he gets rid of the symbiote he will have two symbiotes with his ability's + Venom's children.

This all happined in new Avengers a while ago. Mighty Avengers is just so far behind. And the symbiotes arn't actual symbiotes! They are part of some air born virus that was made up my Doom. It hasn't all been explained yet.

Yeah, not to mention that all the "Symbiotes" were killed off at the end of the arc.
