I don't like the words "had to" ❌ !!!I went to see AeonFlux i.e. Craptacular The Movie (I advise you NOT go and see it). I find myself talking more about the previews shown before the movie rather than the movie. 😬 Speaking of which "PULSE" looks like it be great and if it's not at least I get to see Kristen Bell and Christina Millian and Ian!!!! 😱 I also want to see "[I don't remember] and Isolde" as well as "Underworld: Evolution" (obviously).
I also went shopping for new gear and I picked up "Mr. and Mrs. Smith." Brangelina are beautiful people. ✅ Latest I hear is that Brad wants to legally be Angie's children's father. 😱

EA sued over Madden feture

"A Reuters report states that a videogame developer filed a lawsuit against EA on November 28th for breach of "implied in fact contract" (huh?). Pernell Harris said he met with EA in late 2003 to talk about his game idea, "Heart of a Champion", in which gamers would guide a football-hero avatar from humble high school sports to the big time, handling all the minutiae of daily life in between. He says that the latest Madden steals from this idea.
Listen, Mr. Harris, I had this idea almost three years ago and wrote about it on my blog; maybe you stole it from me Except my name for it was Final Fantasy Football.
Or maybe it's just a good idea that makes sense given the direction of the franchise. These are tricky problems. It's improbable to me that someone at EA hadn't had this same idea before - it's not such an original idea after all. We'll keep tabs on the case and see how it turns out."
