"Run, Nae!"
"But what about you?!"
"I can take care of myself. Not get out before they see you."
"Will you tell me what this is all about?"
"If we see each other again."
"What?!"
A loud explosion blasted in the background.
"Go! Now!"
"But mom!"
"GO!!!"
Another explosion. Closer this time. Naomi ran out the back door of the shelter. A couple yards away, she was tossed to the ground by a great blast. As she was falling, she felt a surge race through her body.
She got back up and ran. She knew her mother was dead.
The present...
Naomi knocked on the door of the only place she knew could help her. She heard rumors of a place where people like her were taken in and taught how to use their gifts. It took her some time, but she'd finally made it Xavier's School for the Gifted. She also knew she was being watched.

Caleb McCallister was not easily upset. He was a happy-go-lucky kind of guy. So when his father told him that he more than likely was a mutant, he didn't believe him. His father even went as far as to explain to him that himself, Caleb's grandmother and a few of his cousins were mutants. He also said that they were taken away and killed for what they were. Still, Caleb didn't believe. But when they came and took his father away and he never returned, Caleb had no choice but to know it was the truth.
His mother could only take so much heartbreak, so she sent him away to a school for people like him. He wasn't mad. He wasn't upset. He wasn't anything, in fact. He cut his emotions off once he knew his father wasn't coming back. So when his mother gave him a tear filled goodbye and left, leaving him in the day room of the mansion like school, he was okay.
He was shown to his room. He let out a sigh and started to unpack.
Angelus was pearched on the ledge next to the basin, a small tab sitting on the ledge between her body and the basin. She exhaled, "Two to three minutes." She uttered lightly, her voice a mere mumble as she glanced at the tab again and again. She looked at her watch and fiddled with the dazzling item around her neck, smiling at its inner meaning before checking the tab and her jaw dropped before she uttered, "Oh..."
She was off the ledge in a moment and out of the girls bathroom to find the mutant known as Deadpool to most around the school, but between them, it was Wade.
despite what he might say, wades actually no mutant, he's like captain america, government super soldier))
deadpool was sitting in the living room wearing his mask, bunny slippers, heart boxers and a robe. he was vigorusly flipping through tv channels. he stopped at golden girls and zoned in on bea arthur.
Angelus heard the channels being flicked over in quick succession before sticking to one, 'Only Wade would have the attention span of a fly.' She thought to herself and let her wings carry her in a glide down the large staircase before she landed smoothly and walked into the living room, still holding the tab. "Hun, we need to talk." She said softly, hoping that he was listening.
