Which characters can physically break adamantium and vibranium?

Yeah know now that I think about it I could probably break both adamantium and vobranium........I am VERY similar to the hulk when I get angry however there are a few differences!

1) I don't get any bigger
2) I don't turn green
3) The Strength.......nope lol no strength however I do tend to get pretty dumb!

Damn so maybe I cannot break it but I am still just like the hulk minus those 3 things I tell you@!
