I selected "social science" as that is where I feel History would fit. Some of the topics I have become more and more interested in, however, in particular German Reformation Studies, lend themselves to Theology and Philosophy. Even these intellectual developments always have a range of effects on the population at large, of course.
It is my intent to make a career out of this topic, and I seem to be off to a good enough start. Here's to the better part of six years left in the University. 👆
I will graduate on physics at the end of 2006, and I intend to specialize on quantum mechanics and work like a researcher in this area, but microelectronics is also interesting, I would love to do something in this area like developing new hardware, and such. I also know enough about mysticism, metaphysics, religion, and history. So who will hire me !?

Teachers are definitely The Most Underappreciated professionals in this country. I salute you for your devotion and thank you for your dedication.
well . . . thanks! i'm canadian though, so do i still qualify for your gratitude? 😄
i've a BA and a BEd. majored in psych (neural psych my last 2 years but grad school was too much $ and i didn't really want to move away)
i've been a teaching assistant/research assistant at the university of windsor (computational neuropsych -- my prof was working on a computer simulation of alzheimer's -- it was a lot of fun!)
i've taught at the high school level (i have a minor teachable in science) and am currently teaching at a grade school - grade 4 -- because the little kids are a lot of fun! 😄
i'm also a published author (my first story in a print mag (a small, literary fantasy mag) is due out in february) the mag is called MYTHIC CIRCLE and the story is a dark fanasty short based on the faust legend. i've had a few shorts published in various places on the web and had a novel agented but he didn't sell it. 🙁 it's is still trying to find a home. life's been a bit complex lately though so i've done little writing. but (if i can get off this damn forum!) i hope to get back into the swing of things soon!
damn, prolly too much info . . . 😮
oh well . . . 😄

I thought people from Norway study how womens feet are smaller than mens and that's why they do all the cooking at the counters.
Haha 😆 where did you get that from? That an old joke about the Norwegian immigrants or something?
Anywho, that's the way I prefer it to be (seeing that I'm a man 😉) I don't mind cooking myself though, as long as it's a better meal like steak etc.
