I use a combo of them all but mostly the main index.

I stop subscribing to threads, The E-mails are just so annoying, I use Jump to forum, so much faster.

And If I can't find a thread I replied to, I click on "find lasts posts" fo my own username.

Theres an option to switch them off. Also theres a new feature that allows you to selectively get emails on threads.

Anyway, I use the main page. Don't bother with the FJ myself.
