Don't be a square!
''Yah...'' she handed him one. She stared at her mother who only stared back with a small smirk, though she did seem quite frightened of Justin.
''... I hate you mother...'' Jess glared at her and seemingly having momentarily gaining her strength lunged at her and froze her to the wall before she could move. Jess kicked her in the jaw then spun a full circle so her cape's weighted tips hitting her mother in the face as she turned back to face her again. She pulled a bat-a-rang out of her belt and smashed it threateningly into the ice beside her mother's head.''Tell me what's wrong with me!''
The smirk on her mother's face had been replaced by nearly frightened expression.
''Wrong with y-you? What-t do y-you mean, dear?'' she trembled as icy blue blood leaked out of the cuts on her face from Jess's cape.
''YOU KNOW PERFECTLY WELL WHAT I MEAN!!'' Jess growled ''MY POWERS BACKFIRING MOST OF THE TIME? mY BODY FREEZING OVER!''
''Oh...oops... I g-guess that I should tell y-you now... I-I was trying to steel power back f-from you to become m-more p-p-powerful. My plan backfired however, I would have gotten away with it if you weren't so damn LOVED!'' she glanced at Justin then back to Jess, who put a hand around her neck.
''And...''
''...And you got more powerful as I-I failed in my attempt to be r-rid of you. ...and..I became weaker...'' saying that her daughter had gained her power had made her look even more frightened. Jess released her grip and stumbled backwards, her momentary outburst of strength was ending.
