im not a 100 % sure who has the most powerful eyebeams but of course the most popular one is cyclops cause thats the only powers he has.

Cyclops is cool but he ain't shit compare to these guys:

Galactus: rearrange molecules, disintegration beam, force blast, transportation, resurrect the dead, molecule conversion, destroy a planet, bestow powers to beings.

Darkseid: Force blast, transportation, disintegration beam, resurrect the dead, erase beings from existence.

Asgardian Destroyer: plasma blast, molecule conversion, disintergration beam (kills skyfather level beings).

It states in F4 handbook 2005, he can bring back the dead especially if you are disintegrated.

cyclops(if takes off his glassess), darseid, silversurfer,

if cyclops takes off his glasses its still the same power no difference. he only has the glasses on to keep from the beam shooting out.

The problem was Galactus needed to ressurect himself first. Once he did, he could save them.
