Stupid Technology

Help. I seriously can't figure out how to use my stupid scanner. bag

It's one of those big ones that's pretty much everything in one. (my mom works from home) I have no idea how to scan and I really want to put some of my drawings onto the computer.

Anyone?

Either press 'Scan' or go into either Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop and File > Import > Acquire > Twain.

There isn't an actual 'Scan' button.

I don't have Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop... But it's been done without them! My uncle was here and he scanned something and I tried to call him to ask him how but he's not home. Figures. disgust

Just found out, you can go on paint, and click File - From scanner or camera.

No idea how that works/if it works.

Ok... The little option is there, but I can't click on it. 😬 🙁

Not to sound dumb, but is your scanner actually connected and set up?

All I can say is, I suggest you find the website of the manufacturers, it should answer all your questions 😉

Worked suprisingly well for me at first, the scan button only had very small writing next to it, and its in an awkward position.

I give up disgust

Open Paint and selected from the "File" menu -> "From Scanner or Camera"

Figured it out! 😄

What was the problem?

I just have to open the top and close it again and the damn thing starts scanning without me asking
