Big MGS 4 mistake

Maybe I misunderstood somewhere but this seems a little weird to me.
MGS 4 is suppose to take place 10 years after Sons Of Liberty,correct?If this is true then how can Olgas child still be an infant?

This picture shows Raiden holding Olgas child.

I'm sure it's not a mistake if it's official... theres reasoning to everything. That or its fan art 🙄
