Hey guys, just found this site a few minutes ago, figured I could post a poem and maybe post some more if people like 🙂

This one is called Black and White:

This is the beginning..this is the end..it is everything
from then to now...every dividend.The memories coming
down...rising up and breaking ground.Come inside..look in my
head...do you see life?Or do you see death?The past and the
future come together like water and oil.It's so clean yet
covered in soil.I see the light, yet I'm in the dark.I'm so
together..and so broken apart.It feels so good..but it's
just too bad.I feel so happy..but I'm just too sad.Will you
open up your mind and let me come inside?...Or will you turn
your back to me, and run away and hide?Everything to me is
seen in black and white..I'm color blind to my own soul,
though I search with all my might.But I won't give up until
I get through..And I won't stop... until I'm deep inside of
you...

I like the flow of the poem. ✅ It actually forced me to think. 😆

Take my hand

What will you do?
Where will you go?
Have you figured out the cause of your fears?
Or do you even know?
Do your troubles weigh you down?
Do they make you cry?
Does your heart pound with hate as you sleep through the night?
I've seen the darkness, I've felt the sorrow.
I've survived this broken day..and I'll survive tomorrow.
Release yourself and lay your burdens down.
Uncover your ears and listen to the sound.
Now open your eyes and look into to mine.
Take my hand and we'll both be fine.
Now hang on tight and don't be afraid, for the path that we take has yet to be made.
Let me kiss your soft lips and run my fingers through your hair.
Let us start a new life without a single care.
And next time the darkness comes singing it's black song.
When you've lost all hope and your joy is gone.
I'll be right here my love, to carry you along.
