Old stuff that left me clueless...

Three things about the older board that leave me clueless...

1. I found a thread created by posters that weren't even registered yet. Then, when Merc asked how she got so many posts so fast, Raz had combined Merc's recent posts with her "unregistered" application. What's with the unregistered posting? 😕

2. Who the hell is Jameous Woodshire? 😕

3. I came across a thread that Yerssot had started. He was congratulating Lara for being member of the day. What was that? 😕

1. You didn't always need to register to post in some areas.

2. An old regular poster who stopped coming. It happens.

3. There was a short lived 'Member of the Day' system but it kept coming out with the same people so Raz dumped it.

I don't remember that Member of the Day thing, even though I was probably here. Show's how much I pay attention.

Huh, I see. I found some of the non-registered people posting in the Episode IV-VI area I think. 😕

Yes, I guess that makes sense, since Raz registered July 2000.

I think it was actually around even longer than that..I want to say early 2000...but who knows..it's been so long ago.

Jameous is busy. Texas can be difficult to live with some days, awhile ago, but he's a good egg.

we've had to move from planet to planet at times. Dimmy and queeq came here first from the outlands, and I followed later after much lurking.

I think mid 2000 is about right. I joined in december 2000 and several references had been made to june/july being the conception date. But it did feel then as if it had been around much much longer. I guess this place just had to be... 😄
