Which book does Palpatine return?

Can anyone tell me which book does Palpatine return after ROTJ and faces off against Luke and Leia?

Think it was the Dark Empire comics.

The Dark Empire Trilogy comic series. I think they are pretty cool, however alot of people would disagree...

It has the EU 'Reviving Dead Villains Complex' but meh, its alright.
