The marvel bad guys would win this fight. The best the Dc heroes could do would be able to do is try to protect the normal heroes why they fly to another planet. Well at least all your goody goody types like Superman, Wonder Woman, Shazam, etc. Too many villains at once and they have info on the heroes. Its too one sided. The DC heroes would barly knoe the bad guys names and The Marvel villians would be like eat Kyptonite sucker.
