Oh is that what it said? I didn't read much of it. All I knew was that it was some sort of sick game.

No because Nintendo knows it's being developed and the fact that it's on there system. Unlike hot coffee which was secret and no ones new which is different than nintenod already knowing what the game is...

First, it was for a design contest.
Second, Nintendo cannot stop somebody from making a game on there system
Third, Nintendo hasnt offically stated that they are allowing this game to be sold.

Nintendo is not at fault for this prototype. Once is starts being sold online or in stores, then they can be faulted.

Also, as Sats said, there's nothing sick or perveted about the subject of the game. It's not aimed at "young kids", its aimed at teenage girls, who if I remember junior high and grade 9, these "young kids", are alot worst than what this game does.
