Coffee for me give's you just that little extra energy wenn you have to get up at 4:30.
Tea will only make you more tierd than you allready are.

Coffee. from the bean. it tastes 100% better than the grounds you buy at the store. As a matter of fact whole bean coffee is more comparable to tea than the grounds you buy at the grocery store.
anyways coffee is good for the eyes and tea works on the throat.
