i once had a pair of padded nun chucks training ones so i ripped off the padding and put screws thru th plastic (kinda like a flail) later that day i got stitches in my wrist 😮

well i got 3 holes in my 4arm my brother freaked an tried to pull it out ... on an angle (smart move aye) an gave me a tear got 2 stiches thats all tho

Numchucks are easy to use, just practice on Ligers.

They're fun, I've been practising for hours, I can do most of the passes I've read about; over arm, back, neck.... it's so fun.

I think I would end up really hurting my head with those things 😬 which is why i steer clear 😛
