Yes but my cousin has feelings, whereas kmcdude doesnt. He just sits in his room all day smoking weed and having no life.

Yes it is, my darling. Anything that you inhale, and that messes up your body is a drug. It may not be as bad as smoking cigarettes, I realise that, but I have other ways to get high then to spend my time smoking on a joint. Natural ways.
