I noticed people have these little pics under their names. I think it's called a status, but when I tried to do it on my personal settings, nothing sez status.
For example, Raz has the 3 lions.

it's called an avatar and can be found in the user cp, edit options, change avatar.
you have to have a good one on your hard disk or on the net to get one here though
