I thought I recognised her from AbFab. She seems like she'd fit the part. Age isn't always an issue though, look at the lady who plays Myrtle (Shirley Henderson - ?) she isn't exactly young-ish... but she plays Myrtle perfectly.

yeah, as I said she's quite old now. however, as has been said she'd be perfect. I actually had second thoughts about my initial suggestion of her, because I could have swore she was in HP already (shes in that 'crowd' of british actors already in it) but she's not.

im not sure if this is right but they on wikipedia they say unknown actor has been cast

now it says Laura Fraser might be doing it
