Looking for an old alien movie...
I have been meaning to do this for a long time, and decided this was as good a time as any.. I'm looking for a horror movie from the early 80's or late 70's that I believe had Jack Palance in it, though I'm not sure. Anyways, what I remembered about it was there was some alien that was terrorizing a group of people in the mountains. The alien in the movie had all these little clam like little aliens that he was throwing at people. Whenever one would hit a person, the little clam thing would inject several tentacles or whatever into the person. The only way to stop it was to slice it open. This was shown on HBO or Cinimax. This has to be very old, and since my memory gives me those few bits to remember it by, The last thing I remember is the alien was tricked into going into a small shed out in the woods full of dynomite before being blown up. I've had this movie in my head for a while and can't remember the name of it. So I thought I'd post on a forum like this to see if anybody knows what movie I'm talking about... anybody got any idea?
