Microsoft Word question.

I'm trying to design an online test in Word. I put in all of the option buttons and text boxes but when I go to Web page preview it, the option buttons and text boxes don't show up. Could someone tell me or direct me to some useful information in regards to my problem?

it is because you have to have make code for the buttons properly
they're most probably not working becasue tere is wrong location given.

why did the page get wider? 🤨
