Guess I'm the low man on the totem pole here..about 12 years ago I got 3 points on my license for an "improper turn" at a red light. I didn't see the "No Right On Red." sign. The points were returned a year later and by a mirascle my insurance rate never went up. It was a 70 or 80 dollar fine though. 🙁
