Because I can feed myself sweet tasty omelets for a week, for only 3 dollars and 96 cents! I buy 16oz of egg whites, a pack of green peppers, turkey bacon, and some cheese! This is enough to make delicious breakfasts for a whole week, low in fat, high in protein, and very tasty! 😄 Genius!
