Just to be annoying, I'm going to answer the question...
Darth Vader is not nearly as cool in A New Hope as he could have been, so if you use ANH vader, than Boba is cooler, but for the rest of the movies, Vader has to be cooler. he has to be. he is the greatest villian of all time.

As for the pictures, I'm not a big fan of either of them, but I guess I like the Boba one more. Vaders head seems a little too big.
