Darth Malak doesn't even have to touch his lightsaber. He just puts Kit Fisto into Force Stasis and electrocutes him to death, or Malak could whirl him around a little bit then grip him to death, and even Fisto decided to saber throw as a last stand, Malak would just push it away.

In a fair lightsaber duel, Malak just overpowers Fisto and kills him.

I concur. Malak wins with minimal exertion. By Force or the saber, he wins.

BTW Read Cestus Deception, Fisto loses to Asajj, after she studies his fighting form while he chops down droids and hurts his ankle.
