This was a good year for movies in my opinion.

Batman Begins
Wedding Crashers
SW Ep: III
Jarhead
Layer Cake (2005 at least in US)

Crash
the Constant Gardener

(big drop off after these two)

Charlie and the chocolate factory(don't know how this one made it on the list)
War of the Worlds
Cinderella man
Batman Begins
House of flying daggers

I haven't seen King Kong or Munich, but I think those two could both go very high on the list. I'm seeing Kong today. 😄

sorry. your right. I think it came out at the end of the 2004 movie season. good film though.

oh and I just saw King Kong. I need to add that to the top of my list. It was a great film.

The best movie of 2005 is definitely CRASH. that was an amazing movie. Outstanding in every way.

The worst movies were
House of Wax and The Perfect Man. Two very disappointing and pointless movies

I still have to see some of the highly anticipated movies like
Harry Potter and The Goblet Of Fire
The Chronicles of Narnia
Jarhead
Brokeback Mountain
The Family Stone

After seeing King Kong I'd definately put that in the top films of 2005.

NightWatch, The Life Aquatic, The Devils Rejects and Sin City

"Batman Begins" and "Goblet of Fire" for me! 😄

Third would probably be "King Kong" for me. (I kind of found it boring in the beginning...but it really picked up at the middle)

"Sin City" and "Revenge of the Sith" was awesome too.
