thats not even the speed of light flash can move at the speed of light, flash(wally west) is the fastest flash and can do alot w/ the speed force

no this is about hulk vs the whole dc universe which he would get killed in a minutes by the source or any powerful dc cosmic being, on dc earth there are plenty of people and teams that would kill hulk
