Just curious, anyone know what Jango Fett's helmet/body armor is made of? I want to know how the moviemakers created the prop.

Hello Yerss, I don't think there is a Jango Fett in real life!!!!

what they made the things of in the movie (like TIE's come from Sienar), or in RL (TIE's come from plastic)

he said he wants to know how the moviemakers created it, so it's reasonable to assume it's RL he's talking about.

As for in the movie, in the non-EU section of the databank it said something about him knowing Jaster Mareel and adopting the Mandalorian armor after they were defeated.

What was Vader's costume made out of? It looked like plastic, too.

It was spam, spraypainted black.

anyway...who cares what itz made of. As long as itz not sabre resistant.....wich it couldn't possibly be. It had a certain protection level against the reek.
