Ventress vs. Shaak Ti and Stass Allie

The two failed against General Grievous. What about this? Setting's in Mos Eisley.

The two are mediocore jedi who can't put up a fight for too long and as for Ventress, I don't know that much about him so I'll wait for other opinion

Well, Shaak Ti's quite a good Jedi and Stass Allie's above average so I'd say they should be able to do this. The two of them together are probably about equal with TPM Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan. Those two together were able to defeat Maul who, IMO, is stronger than Asajj so these two could probably beat Asajj.
