He wasn't. none

I hate when that happens.

Killing an important villain is seen as a major ethical decision/pitfall while killing mooks is just ignored.

Yeah. The one guy who needs to be killed never is.

Now I'm just curious to see how Prime will break free of the Source Wall.... because you know he's gonna.

How else? He will somehow punch it to oblivion.

Prime will return when DC thinks it is time to start retconning shit left and right. I say give it 2 years. Three at the most.

The Source Wall is almost as bad a jobber prison as Arkham.

I still can't believe that no one even attempted to take out Prime while he was down. The dude has gone from manslaughter to murder. He enjoys hurting people at this point.

Put the f*cker down. This shit wouldn't fly in the MU.

Showing mercy to major villains is something that exists in virtually any fictional universe to some extent.

But it is particularly bad in DC.

Until Superman/Batman it seemed like more then that... But now I'd tend to agree with you.

"We should finish him [Prime] once and for all"... "Absolutely. Lets fillet him with that [Kryptonite] dagger of yours."

I think you missed the point.

These kids have ADD. They don't know what they are talking about.

I've seen Batman risk his life to save the Joker. It's gone beyond some sort of moral code. At this point the DCU heroes should be held accountable.

WTF even happened to the whole "writers agreeing to leave him alone" thing? I thought that was a suitable way to retire Prime as a character. (for a while). But they brought him back for, what? The Teen Titans?

Really?

Some major heroes understand that there is such thing as a time when killing makes more sense than not killing.

Wonder Woman for instance.

I can understand Superman and Batman not agreeing with her decision and having reservations about it but what I can't accept is the way they treated her like scum and didn't even try to see it from her perspective.

Fraction-speak lol

Nah, I saw the point. You said: "I thought Prime couldn't be hurt by that kryptonite?" I said: "He wasn't."

Keep in mind that just because Damian wanted to stab Prime with the k-nite dagger, doesn't mean it would have worked... Unless that k-nite came from "Threeboot" earth. /shrug

Am I the only one who's reminded of Chuck Austen when reading Fraction's dialogue?

Either way, that issue of Teen Titans was crap. Pretty sure everyone can agree with that.

A bit ironic that the virgin lesbo has the only pair out of the trio.

Seriously, Superman and Batman need to man the f*ck up. Killing mass murdering mad men doesn't somehow mean they win and it doesn't make you as bad as them. I mean really, what kind of a defense is that?

If you saw my point, then why the irrelevant post?

Of course he wasn't hurt.

I didn't think it was any worse than most of the other "series finales"- ie. JLA, JSA, Action Comics, etc. They've all had pretty bad last issues.

Prime not being hurt by the k-nite dagger was relevant, you buffoon. sneer

No argument there.

Just seems like a colossal waste to not even try to give a proper ending just because of the new 52 coming out.
