Nul IS Hulk...Hulk never said he is superior, he said they are the same. He even said that he wants to kill him but he can't afford to get close because they could Merge. Hulk might be the one to stop him after Nul gets done raping Surfer, Strange, and the crew.

I'm not sure how a scan that proves Hulk was possessed by a spirit at least as powerful as him while rocking an enchanted Uru hammer is evidence that he wasn't amped.
Hulk was intended to be powered up, arguably noticeably. That much is obvious for anyone utilizing a lick of common sense.
It's one thing to argue that a large amp wasn't accurately portrayed but denying it's existence just makes you look silly. I can understand the former but not the latter.

He wasn't amped though.
Hulk never said that Nul is more powerful than him...if anything, he said the opposite. I admit, Nul is more powerful than your "average" Hulk but Hulk in general is more powerful.
