The F*CK man. The F*CK.

Pietro is fast enough to cover 94 miles per second as of AvX. There isn't a gun in existence that is anywhere close to that fast as far as muzzle velocity goes.

Whoever that dude is, he's just faster than the eye can see.

That is NOT that fast, maybe 100 meters/second for a human sized object, and is an overly common trope in anime to begin with, and therefore has even lesser meaning as far as quantifiability goes.

Clear cut (or at least highly inferable) distance/time is the best way to gauge movement speed.

You have to calculate everything though. He isnt just running in a straight line...he is throwing people in the air from different angles, taking their bats from them, hitting them upside the head...ramming someone into a car, etc...and he did this near instantly. That's more impressive imo.

Suprisingly well informed

Running 94 miles a second---imagine how fast Pietro's legs are moving back and forth to accomplish this, since his stride length is no bigger than any other average sized dude--is far more impressive than a near unquantifiable shitty ass manga trope fight within small quarters.

Pietro is far more than what's required to be fast enough to be invisible to the naked eye. And his arms are of comparable speed to this legs. Dude is literally capable of throwing thousands upon thousands of punches in a second thus.

This stupid distinction of 'running in a straight line' is pointless since we aren't talking about flying. We are talking about physical speed--e.g. Pietro has the reflexes to maneuver with his speed and not run into property and obstacles in general.

The thing is it wasn't instantly they were to slow to respond is all

An 'instant' can mean as much as a second in lamen's usage.

Which would make the feat absolutely nowhere as impressive as what Pietro is capable of.

For it to be a scientific instant, which is like planck time shit, would require a lot of proof. E.G. a statement.

He is amazing. That's the kind of stuff I like to see.
Meh. I wanna see his grand daughter in more cosplay! Jinne FTW

Ironic that everyone use to hate the old grandpa, but after a few turnover chapters, he is beloved ~

I should make a memo of that.

Plus comparing the old man vs. Quick Silver isn't fair. The old man has power behind those quick attacks (techniques).

old guys in manga/anime are always badass as it always takes mad years to master something (which then gets surpassed by some young kid at some point)

Yeah.

Manga and their insistence on overpowered mid-puberty characters.

Annoying.

I'm talking about what have been shown on panel and Quick Silver never shown anything like it. We can calculate all day but he never displayed anything like that.

Move his arms as fast as I said? Yes, he did actually.

He moved his legs that fast, and he moved his arms at a comparable rate to this legs as a sprinter does while he was running.

Being able to calculate things is WONDERFUL.Quantifiable feats are the best, and only readily usable feats.

This manga shit is not quantifiable.

edit: also, i hope im not coming off as irritable or anything bro. not trying to be mean, im not even mad. lol.

And, he couldn't have been doing all of that with his mind?

Carver only cares about superficial art style instead of actual feats and evidence. Don't bother arguing with him, he probably thinks Himura Kenshin is faster than the Runner since the latter isn't drawn with a bunch of blurry lines and afterimages

This is all carv needs to understand

Personally I don't think Carver understand how speed works, if you give him two robots moving at the same speed but one is zigzagging and evading obstacles while the other is accelerating Carver will still think the zigzagging one is faster.

😉

I don't think carv understands the concept of speed at all.

I don't think he understands the the concept of debating at all.

I go by what's shown on panel...just that simple.

I stop defending Carver over a year ago.
I couldnt figure out if he just didnt read enough comics and had little knowledge or was just you know doing it on purpose and possibly trolling.
