i understand what he was trying to do there and i respect that in some way, the man said guys like daredevil, cap, batman all got feats when they match and even beat top levelers so why not black panther who is easily comparable to them, however he did it in kinda a wrong way because he just made black panther physically overpower surfer.

Not really . In that scan BP mentions that Surfer still has "vastly greater strength" , so I doubt that's what happened in that scan .

totally agree with you, however his agenda was clear he was more interested in "fighting back" kind of view like oh daredevil got 3 balls? well black panther is going to have 4 balls!!!!
