Looks just really really dark to me. Which could be dark red blood.
Which makes sense considering the same color is dripping down Wolverine's face after HE GOT STABBED IN THE FACE, and there's a pool of blood on the floor...

Logan's pool of blood is not any different from Banner's blood from the first scan.
Oh, there would be some Logan's blood, just not enough to stain claws like that... considering that the bigger part of them got sheathed when Hulk struck his skull.

The amount of blood gushing from Wolverine was pretty tremendous tbh. First it shoots into the air, and then there's a pool of blood around his head. With that amount of blood around it's hard to say it wasn't Wolverine's.
