I mean, we've seen the Hulk struggle and get beaten multiple times in comics to know that him being truly all powerful is not the case (barring Pak's retcon of Hulk having always held back).
Even given his greatest feat ever, that's not enough to just assume he's anywhere close to a galaxy buster.

I stated that Hulk having his strength described as "incalculable" is hardly a feat for Hulk because his strength has been referred to as such and similar descriptors multiple times through out the comics.
That said, it's obvious when you look at those very same comics that Hulk's power isn't truly limitless akin to being an omnipotently powerful being.
People have said similar things about Silver Surfer's power, or the might of Thor, or Superman's abilities. And they aren't unbeatable or all powerful, either.
