Seems like Batman and Lanterns stories before the reboot are still canon to them.

Some of the Batman story lines still took place in one form or another with changes to allow for the new truncated time line and alternate character origins. It's more or less the main talking points of the stories that are canon, and not the overall story. For the most part anything major from the Batman continuity still probably happened but the events leading up to it and fallowing it are radically different. Batman still had a Year One... but it's not the Year One we know. Son of the Demon still happened, but it's not the same as the previous version of Son of the Demon. It's just the bullet points that were kept, not the actually stories.
