It's from a Thor Annual, the one written by Claremont. I don't have scans on this computer but it's the 9th one.
Although, I never understood why people made such a big deal about it. Umar's magic was behind the attack and later in the issue Thor withstood the weight of a score of planets. Arguably hyperbole but it's clear Claremont believed Thor to be incredible durable based on this and other past/future writings.

That's fine I guess. Personally I don't think even if you believe the scene to be hyperbole, that the weight against him wasn't of incredibly magnitude based on the stakes/power involved but that's just me. I.e maybe not a score of planets but enough to finish almost anybody else.
Also, Thor has traveled through Stars and withstood forces equivalent to planets so either way, it stands.
