I'm handling it just fine, thank you very much. I know how johns writes his pet characters. Ocean master would be soon taking on the entire JLA at once and would only be beaten by a plot device just like all other Johns villains. Its not like this is LTBB or something, is it?

Him getting owned by magical beings everytime he encounters one.

That showing isn't as bad for Superman [magic] as it is for Wonder Woman. But then again, Wonder Woman-like characters [Thor] got knocked out by lightning too, so it's ok.

Thor's durability = Wonder Woman's durability = Superman's durability against magic attacks.

Unfortunately -or fortunately depending on your position- John's doesn't exclusively have Superman getting raped by mystical entities. A blanket statement like that doesn't actually prove anything either.
