Superman is flung back by said impact, or off to the side if he hits off-center. He is dazed and gets pushed around for as long as he remains in Juggernaut's path, or until he figures a way to slow Jug's momentum, but that's about it.
Note, however, that I am more or less going with the Classic interpretation of Juggernaut. THAT version of Juggernaut has a repulsion field that tends to cushion impact before an object actually strikes his body, as seen several times when he battled Spider-Man for the first time.

Also, I can't stand the new Hulk book. Banner is such an arrogant, self-serving douche bag with a huge chip on his shoulder. He isn't even the fun kind of jerk like a younger Thor, but the annoying kind. Seriously overcompensating.
Banner as a character has lost all his charm and Hulk doesn't even have a character.
