I always laughed at how Hercules Adamantine's mace was cracking as opposed to Vision's and Stark's armor.

Well whatever, he was mortal at the time.

Well, even mortal hercules has caught hulk's punch. At half strength even.

😖hifty:

Where was it stated that he was mortal though?

He was mortal during the era. Busiek even has him comment right before the Exemplar attack and during the fight as well IIRC.

And thor was King Thor at the time. That's not proof enough, wasn't mortal hercules unable to go to Olympus or asgard due to his godhood being stripped away?

Hammerhead? Golden Hair?

Guys, you're gonna have to start following the point of the thread. It's not "i'll post a picture of a character i hate getting punched to troll people".

facepalm

Yes, by the time Avengers/JLA was published, Thor was King Thor, Hercules was IIRC immortal again, but during that incarnation of the team, Hercules was mortal.

Do you understand? Hercules was mortal for the duration that he was on the Avengers, which is the incarnation used in the crossover.

Never heard of that, and how would that even make sense? Mortals go to Asgard/Olympus all the time.

Rage, during this fight, was Herc mortal or immortal (I have the entire fight if anyone wants to see it)?
